What Work IQ is - and what it can see

Work IQ is the layer that grounds your agent in your real Microsoft 365 work - with nothing to connect, no auth to build, and no data leaving your tenant. Every altitude uses it; only how you reach it differs.
What it can see
With no setup, an agent grounded in Work IQ can use what you can already see:
- Mail and sent mail
- Calendar
- Teams chats and channels
- OneDrive and SharePoint files
- People and org-chart context
It never sees more than you can, and nothing is shared outward.
Why it matters for the hack
The hard part isn't connecting the data - it's already there. The hard part is asking for the slice you need, in a shape you can reuse, and correcting what the model infers. Work IQ shows what you did; it can't always tell why, so treat anything it drafts as a first pass.
