You’ll perform four tasks:
Task 1: Streamline Data Analysis & Insights with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat
Using Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat (Copilot Chat), you’ll uncover actionable insights from your Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey results, identifying key agency trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Task 2: Draft a document using Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word
Using Copilot in Word, draft a briefing of key findings from the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey to present at an upcoming employee town hall. This summary should be engaging and easy to understand, highlighting positive trends, areas of growth, and actionable steps the agency is taking.
Task 3: Gathering Insights and Drafting a Follow-up Email
Using Copilot Chat in Teams, gather insights from recent interactions with a specific person on a specific topic. This helps you quickly catch up on recent communications, ensuring you’re well-prepared to follow up. Then, switch to Outlook to draft a follow-up email with Copilot, allowing you to respond promptly and effectively based on your findings.
Optional Task: Collaborate using Pages
Experience the new Pages functionality, which allows you to collaborate and organize ideas in a dynamic, shareable space.
