Demo: Connected Customer Service

Instructions

  1. Remotely Monitor and Manage Customer connected devices

    • Start in IoT Central to show what how telemetry is displayed

      • Simulated devices with be leveraged

      • Walk through an event being triggered

  • Switch to Connected Customer Service

    • Show how IoT Devices are reflected in in the application

    • Show how IoT Alerts are surfaced in the application

      1. Use the IoT Alert Business Process flow to walk though resolving the IoT Alerts

      2. Initiate an IoT Command from the Alert

      3. Send the Command from the Alert.

  • Convert the IoT Alert to a Case
