I hope you're doing well! I wanted to reach out about an exciting new project we're kicking off for Contoso Electronics.

We're building an AI-powered customer support agent to help customers with common inquiries about electronics products, warranties, and troubleshooting. This will significantly reduce the load on our human support team and provide 24/7 assistance to customers.
Why this matters:
- Our customer support team is receiving 1,000+ inquiries per day

Your role:
You'll be leading the technical implementation of the AI agent. I've created several tasks for you in our Azure DevOps board. Your first task is to select the right AI model from Microsoft Foundry that meets our requirements for quality, performance, and cost.
