Demo 1 - Environments

Objective: In this demo, you will show how to create a Power Platform environment.

Pre-requisites: Complete Lab 0: Validate lab environment and create a Power Platform trial.

Task 1.1 - Create a Developer Environment

1. Navigate to Environments in the Power Platform admin center https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments.

2. Create an environment of type Developer named PL400 Demo and with Deploy sample apps and data selected. Accept all other default options. Note that Dataverse is preselected.

Task 1.2 - Tour of Environment settings

1. Select the Demo environment.

2. Show the following:

   • Environment URL
   • Security roles
   • Users
   • S2S apps
   • Settings
