Scenario
Dynamics 365 provides a variety of built-in analytics throughout the application that enables you to view statistics, analytics, and key performance indicators based on your marketing results. This lab will review the insights generated from the Cross Sell Campaign and the Business After Hours Event.
Lab Overview
This lab compromises of one exercise:
- In exercise one, you will view analytics within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Voice.
What you’ll need:
- A computer or VM with a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys environment
Exercise 1: View analytics

Log into Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.

Navigate to Journeys under the Channels group.

Select the Business Appreciation Event Invites journey.

View the analytics tab. This will show how many journeys were processed.

Navigate back the Designer tab. Select an email tile. The Analytics tab will now show the delivery funnel. Select Delivery and interaction details at the bottom of the pane to view delivery details for each contact.

Navigate to Analytics under the Engagement group. Explore the Journeys tab, including the engagement successes and issues. Then select the Channels tab. Here, you can view your channel open and click through rates.
